Russell 2000 (IWM):
Recently IWM had relative strength vs. the S&P 500 as the cycle bracket renewed.
IWM is still below the 9 & 21 EMA, Ichimoku Cloud and the AVWAP from the prior high so a new uptrend is still unproven.
With RSI, MACD and CCI all not confirming strength, this recent bout of. strength could have been a temporary oscillation.
